i do not encourage ana/mia, but i respect people's right to do what they want with their bodies. personally, i simply want to be thin. fast. and so i borrow some of the methods, if that makes sense. please no one destroy yourself over being thin. please please please. if this is about control, then have the control to know your limits and to know when enough is enough.

how much more can i lose in a month? i have one month until vegas. i can at least do one pound per week, right? that is totally realistic. and if i can do one pound per week, i can be 111 in las vegas. 111. i like pressing the ‘1’ three times in a row.
i worked out three times today, but i ate a lot also. i guess that kind of evens me out.
i am addicted to working out. i think i have officially made it a habit. like smoking. when i am bored, i go work out. this is good. now if only i could stop eating…

yesterday i did pretty good. i took the pup out for a run in the morning but he goes so fast and it makes me tired to quickly! i hate to leave him home when i go to the gym to run but mostly, that’s the only way i can run for a long time. and they have air conditioning inside the gym. i wonder if they will let me pay for a membership for my dog. i bet i can teach him to run on a treadmill easily.
what i ate yesterday:
100 cal yogurt, 50 cal cheerios, 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese on a 35 calorie rice cake, celery sticks, and for dinner- morningstar farms black bean burger on a 100 cal thin bun with lettuce, tomatoe, and mustard, and one dill pickle spear for a total of……………….. 500 calories!
what i ate today so far:
one medium sized banana, one boiled egg white, 1 can progresso soup, and 1/2 cup of cheerios for a total of……..300 calories! i have a dinner idea in mind for 200 calories.
off to the gym now for body pump class.
